Why weightlifting is important for both men and women?

For nearly 35 years I have sought to maintain a level of Fitness that I could be proud of. Part of my workout regimen would include cardio and weight training. Both activities provide invaluable benefits that will help you not only in the short-term but the long-term. Weightlifting is incredibly beneficial for burning calories, maintaining a healthy body, and reduces the chances of osteoporosis in women.
