Hello, my name is Omar Torrez. I have started this group to help others get started on their way to getting to health and fitness goals. I am a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness also have specialist certifications in fitness nutrition, sports performance, and orthopedic exercise. I am also pursuing my educational goals to become a physical therapist. I have been a personal trainer for about three years now and have trained people with a wide range of goals from losing weight, gaining muscle, gaining strength, and even increasing sports performance.
