Group Description

The best 20 minute intermediate level cardio kickboxing home fitness workouts! These workout focus on basic self-defense and kickboxing. You will be taught punches, kicks, combinations, defense, counter striking, and footwork all the while getting a fantastic workout! Techniques include: Jab, cross, hook, uppercut, stance, parry, head shield, Clinching, snap kick, foot jab, knees, elbows, jump squats, jumping scissor lunge. Good for for intermediate skill levels, and above average fitness levels.
